Close to the Granadella, Ambolo and Portitxol coves, it offers the perfect setting to enjoy the Mediterranean in a quiet, exclusive area. Ideal for families or groups.

The space
Single-storey villa with no stairs, 210 m² built on a 1,000 m² plot. Layout: living room with sofa area and TV, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, Nespresso machine and full kitchenware) and a separate dining room. Five bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a 2 m bed and a double sofa bed; Bedrooms 2 and 4 with large double beds (150 cm); Bedroom 3 with a double bed; Bedroom 5 with two single beds. 7 beds in total for 12 guests. Three full bathrooms, two of them en suite, with bathtub, hot water and hairdryer. Air conditioning, ceiling fan and central heating; wifi, Ethernet connection and a dedicated workspace. Washing machine, iron, drying rack, mosquito nets and wardrobes in the bedrooms. Outside: private garden, private outdoor pool heated and available all year round 24 h, chill-out terrace, outdoor dining area, barbecue with utensils, sun loungers and outdoor shower. Access and arrival
Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa and the plot: garden, pool, terraces, barbecue and the 4 parking spaces. Private, independent entrance. The host greets guests on arrival. Check-in from 16:00 and check-out before 11:00.

Single-storey home with no stairs, in a quiet residential area of Balcón al Mar (Jávea). Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance (La Fustera supermarket, 1.1 km / 15 min walk). The Ambolo, Portitxol and Granadella coves are 4 to 10 minutes away by car; a car is recommended for getting around. The pool is not fenced and has no lockable gate: children must be supervised. The property has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Pets are allowed (not on beds or sofas). Minimum stay of 11 nights. Solar panels for sustainable electricity use.
Included: bed linen, towels, sheets, soap, toilet paper, extra pillows and blankets, and beach essentials (towels, chairs and umbrella).

The villa is let as a seasonal rental. From 11 nights we sign a seasonal contract directly with you.
How does booking work?
Send us your dates, we confirm availability and price by email, you sign the seasonal contract and pay by bank transfer: 30% on booking and the balance 30 days before arrival.
Is the pool heated in winter?
Yes. It is private, outdoor and heated all year round, available 24 hours.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. We only ask that they stay off the beds and sofas.
Do we need to bring bed linen or towels?
No. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included, plus beach chairs and an umbrella.
How far are the coves and the airport?
Cala Ambolo is 4 minutes by car, Portitxol 7 and Granadella 9. Alicante airport is 1 h 20 min away and Valencia 1 h 30 min.
